Shipping & delivery

Sydney Bacwater ships orders within Australia only. We do not currently accept international orders.

Dispatch

• Orders are dispatched same or next business day from Sydney.
• Tracking is emailed when the label is created.
• All orders ship via Australia Post.

Rates & delivery times

• Standard — $10, 3–7 business days.
• Express — $15, 1–3 business days.
• Free standard — free for orders over $75, 3–7 business days.

Currency

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
