1. Overview

These terms govern your use of sydneybacwater.au (“the Site”) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products sold on this site are intended for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use. By purchasing you confirm you understand and accept this.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses within Australia only. Standard shipping is $10 (3–7 business days). Orders over $75 ship free. See our shipping policy for full details.

5. Returns & refunds

Sealed, unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective items qualify for free return shipping — otherwise the buyer pays return postage. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

6. Limitation of liability

Sydney Bacwater provides products on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from misuse of products outside their stated intended use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
